Cancellation Policy
Hair by Hailey requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If your cancellation falls anywhere inside that 24 hours you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. If you no-show your appointment you may be charged up to 100% of the service cost you are booked for.
